Like buying from family Space Coast Honda was amazing. Jorge was patience and understanding of the needs of what we're looking for in a vehicle for our growing family. He wal Space Coast Honda was amazing. Jorge was patience and understanding of the needs of what we're looking for in a vehicle for our growing family. He walked us through all the different levels of the pilot until we found the one that would work best for us never being forceful. His customer service was top rated we were deftly go back in by from this dealership in Jorge again. More

Very Helpful & great new cat Jorge Pronto was super helpful in getting me a new car. Being that I’m a college student; I’m on a strict budget. He really helped me find a car (2017 Jorge Pronto was super helpful in getting me a new car. Being that I’m a college student; I’m on a strict budget. He really helped me find a car (2017 Civic) that I can afford but is still is very nice. Overall he is very helpful and nice. I will be going back for my next car once my lease is up. More

Bait and Switch They made me an offer for a new 2018 Honda CRV with the trade in of my existing CRV. When I returned from a trip, the salesperson told me the offer w They made me an offer for a new 2018 Honda CRV with the trade in of my existing CRV. When I returned from a trip, the salesperson told me the offer was still good. However, when I drove over to purchase the new vehicle, the salesperson and then the sales manager told me that the price had gone up by $900 and that I needed to finance the car through Honda. I had told them previously that I was paying cash. Needless to say, I was both surprised and very disappointed with this outcome and left. I wrote to the owner of Space Coast Honda about this bait and switch tactic, but he never responded. They have signs all over the dealership that they are Honda President Award recipients but the requirements must be extremely low. So if you are looking for a new Honda, don' t be fooled by all their advertising about their commitment to customer service. It's not there. Look for a more reputable Honda dealer. More
