My advisor is very nice and helpful, but I think he works under pressure to produce. He told me to bring my preowned certified car in with any issues while under warranty to be looked at to make sure any is under pressure to produce. He told me to bring my preowned certified car in with any issues while under warranty to be looked at to make sure any issues are resolved before the warranty expires. I guess it’s a gentle and profitable way for the dealership to get business. Taking him up on the offer, when I experienced an unusual crackling noise while accelerating, I took the car in to be looked at under warranty. It turned out to be nothing that required repair. But I was asked to pay for the inspection! When I refreshed his memory about our earlier conversation, he said I needed to pay for something, so he charged me $250 for a software update (which was unnecessary and did nothing at all for the issue I had or otherwise!) So now I’m weary of taking my car there, and I’m considering other options next time something comes up. More

I actually went to other dealers as at first, they didn't have the model I wanted. I literally had to wait close to a half hour just to have someone attend to me., Then I got a call from Jaquelyn Lorenzana ( have the model I wanted. I literally had to wait close to a half hour just to have someone attend to me., Then I got a call from Jaquelyn Lorenzana ((Jaqui), and what I wanted was in. There was NEVER any pressure sales and only support. I highly recommend this dealership and Jaqui should get a raise!!! More

Jorge took great of us. I had a damaged tire and wheel from a run in with a curb. Luckily I had insurance policies for this. Jorge called each company to check and double check my coverage. Unfortunately , the tire coverage had run out BUT I had lots of coverage for wheel restoration. He helped coordinate repairs to both along with a service to my car. In a few days my car was not only running smoothly but it looked brand new with ALL the wheels bright and shiny. I was thrilled and so happy with his professionalism to coordinate what needed to be done. A very big thanks to Jorge.and Jaguar. More
