I went to have my vehicle serviced and to inquire about purchasing it since my lease was coming to an end. Would like to mention Justin, Brandy and Jorge. They all were very helpful, friendly and went over purchasing it since my lease was coming to an end. Would like to mention Justin, Brandy and Jorge. I had purchased a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum in red which did not arrive the way I requested. I complained about it and the only thing I was facing with the personnel involved was being lied to and the which did not arrive the way I requested. I complained about it and the only thing I was facing with the personnel involved was being lied to and them not wanting to exchange the vehicle even before I had received it. They refused to cancel the order. When I say them, at the time it was the Sales Manager and the Finance person involved. During all this ordeal I contacted the loyalty Manager and she listened to my concerns but when I contacted her for her finding she was very rude, defended all the employee action and even indicated that what I had told her couldn’t be true because the personnel there are very honest and they wouldn’t do anything I indicated. I normally speak loud and she kept interrupting me saying that if I needed to stop yelling, she was going to hang up. I couldn’t have a conversation with her. My daughter called her afterwards because she didn’t like how I felt afterwards and because she was present when I was told I couldn’t change my mind on buying that vehicle but the loyalty manager told my daughter that she was not involved in the purchase and that my daughter and I were harassing her. I couldn’t believe the way she treated us. I told the sales manager and general sales manager and was told she was pregnant. Pregnant or not, she should be courteous to customers and have patience with them. If she can’t do her job, she shouldn’t be working in that position. I asked to speak to the General sales Manager who said they will work with me to acquire the vehicle I wanted since I was not happy with the one they made me purchase. The manager said they would take a Big loss because they wanted me to be happy. Weeks afterwards a vehicle arrived and they had given me the option to exchange it but the vehicle was not the same model I had and they wanted me to pay the same amount the platinum was worth. I didn’t agree with the offer. This vehicle cost approximately $10k less then the one I had. The Sales Manager had told me that if I wanted one like the one I had It was going to be expensive and I would have to pay more than what I was paying. Days afterwards I tried to talk to the General Manager but the used car director (Pacheco) ask for what I wanted to talk to him so I explained and after waiting about an hour for a response, he told me the General Manager wasn’t able to talk to me because he had lots of meetings that day. I asked if the General manager was actually refusing to talk to me and he affirmed. While I was waiting the General Manager was at the front counter talking and didn’t even acknowledge me. Pacheco told me that the General sales manager had given me a chance to accept a vehicle and I didn’t want it and they weren’t going to do anything more for me. He was another one that treated me like a liar. I had to contact the Morgan group to complain and that was when the General Manager contacted me directly and assisted with this process. Anyway, on the exchange or purchase of the blue Pathfinder, the Sales Representative Sam Buffington and the Finance Manager Jorge Scott, were very courteous and very helpful. As of this moment, I am very happy with my vehicle. More

Matt was excellent and made my experience painless. Would not recommend dealing with Nelson though, he was my deal breaker and if it wasn't for Matt I would not have bought the vehicle!
