Was told a month ago that the person with knowledge of
black screen problem will not available for over a month so decided to wait for oil change and tire rotation. When at the service center was now told

I came back and had another service advisor from another company look at it and there is no crack. I am going to pursue further when I get back home, but feel it’s something covered by warranty would’ve costed me $1000. Which I did not do. I will expect to hear more when I get home and we will face the company then. I believe Lee did the chaos and confusion at the dealership made for Hair’s decision hastily, and this, therefore put me in danger until I can arrive back to Massachusetts and resolve this issue
