When we were introduced, she seemed completely unsure of what to do; she tried to collect all my information again, even though I had already completed everything online, and she didn't even realize that | was her client. The salesperson who helped me the most throughout the process was Mario-an excellent individual. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have gone through with the deal; he assisted me through the entire purchasing process, along with the finance specialist, Austin.
The BMW manager didn't even deign to introduce himself; he was very unfriendly. They really ought to take some classes on how to provide proper customer service. Thank you, Mario Diego, for making the process a bit more pleasant; you did the work that the sales associate employed by BMW failed to do.
