We were also considering a minivan and was very patient while we test drove a Sienna and weighed our options. He was helpful without being pushy. We also worked with Bill Lawrence when finalizing the transaction, and he was very personable and accommodating. More

He explained to me all the options buying vs. leasing and all the + and - based on my case till I reach my final decision. Paper work went also painless and I needed to leave the car with them few days I was travelling and they were so nice to accommodate and facilitate the pick up of the car at the delivery date. I visited other places before I go to Toyota and for some it was really awful and dealers were pushy, Jorgo made me feel like I am talking to a friend who is advising me. Good job, nice service ...Very happy with the overall experience. More
