Didn't feel we were told how the ordering process worked, and that we would not get the car we wanted. Chad basically told us to accept the car or not. He would not have any problems selling it. We had to make two appointments to pick up the car, and when we asked if we both had to be there for both our names to be on the title, we were told no. But then when we did pick up the car, found out that was not true. Both were required. What should have been an exciting time because we were getting a new car, turn into a very disappointing feeling. More

Unlike some other dealerships I visited, there were no deceptive sales tactics, unnecessary pressure, or surprises when it came to pricing. Darrin was upfront and transparent about the cost of the vehicle, additional fees, and what I should expect throughout the purchasing process. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to answer my questions without trying to push me into a decision. He also took the time to thoroughly walk me through my 2026 Toyota Camry before I left the dealership. He explained the controls and features clearly, made sure I understood the functions that were most important to me, and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I never felt rushed during the delivery process, and I did not feel that anything important was left out. He also introduced me to the service team and explained what I could expect from them for future maintenance and service needs. Buying a car can sometimes be a frustrating experience, but Darrin made the entire process much easier.
