"Service department terrible"

3rd time I’ve gad an issue with this dealerships service department. The 3rd Tim is the charm for me. I drove my car there on a Saturday morning to have the battery checked and replaced if necessary. I arrived and as usual the small drive in was backed up with vehicles just sitting there. They weren’t pulled up to the front. Just sitting there with no one moving them up. By the way it was pouring down rain and No one ever comes out to greet you like other dealerships. I waded to the service office and again as usual no one asks if they can help you. You have to ask them for help. I asked who could help me and someone told me they were short staffed and someone would help me soon. After tell them my problem they wanted to know if I was going to leave the vehicle with them. I informed them I’d like to wait for it and he shook his head and said that wouldn’t be possible. Why did he ask me? The should really look at a successful dealership to see what a service department should be. By the way, you never get a survey if you had a bad experience, but they’re quick to send you one iF everything went well. Also last time my vehicle was serviced they forgot to put a valve stem cover back on and insinuated I lost it instead of them.
"I will never give another dollar to Sam Pack's"

Sam Pack's subcontracted Graham's Wrecker Service to tow my vehicle (Sam Pack's chose them, called them, and agreed to pass on the charges to my bill). Either Graham's or Sam Pack's broke the shifter. Sam Pack's should have taken full responsibility. They did not and would not budge on the subject of corrective action until I brought up the subcontractor-client relationship. Only then did they choose to not charge me for the tow and give me a stipend reduction. At the end of the day, they still charged me $500, though, for a problem they were responsible for.
It is my opinion that is this was unethical.
I have bought three vehicles from them over the last six years, a truck, an explorer, and a used car for my daughter.
I will never give another dollar to Sam Pack's. And if Graham's ever shows up to tow one of my vehicles, I'm sending them back down the road.
"3rd rate dealership"
From my two experiences with this dealership, they most certainly are a "we will do better next time". In my two trips not once have they gotten it correct.
"Only employe who has been nice"
He reached out to us when we got their he saw us and asked if we needed help SUPER NICE best service EVER since we have been going there. Definitely will ask for him again
