SOLD BE A DEFECTIVE CAR THAT CANT PASS INSPECTION Toyota of Hackensack sold me a vehicle as a certified pre-owned vehicle but the vehicle was defective it has failed to pass inspection they refuse to Toyota of Hackensack sold me a vehicle as a certified pre-owned vehicle but the vehicle was defective it has failed to pass inspection they refuse to take responsibility for the defect of the vehicle upon multiple attempts to resolve the situation I have been given the runaround the general manager does not even acknowledge the request I am wondering if I should pursue legal action More

1st time toyota customer Love my Rav4. Jose was great and listened to where I wanted to be with a payment and did not pressure to upsell me. I worked for GMC dealerships and Love my Rav4. Jose was great and listened to where I wanted to be with a payment and did not pressure to upsell me. I worked for GMC dealerships and can not believe how great the people are at this dealership. They are so pleasant and really want you to leave there satisfied and happy. The service people have been great answering questions and showing me how to use some of the electronics in the vehicle. And they email and text you to follow up with you and make sure you were taken care of. Not many businesses care once you leave but this dealership does care if you are satisfied. They have me as a customer for life. More
