Every time I call or walk into this dealership, I’m made to feel like family. The culture is consistent from the GM down to the first person to greet you or answer the phone. My first time buying a car and Jose Amaurys made it such a wonderful and easy experience for me. I called ahead of time to make the deal since I lived about 2 hours away and it was a haggle free experience. a wonderful and easy experience for me. Tarek in the Finance department was wonderful as well and even helped me in obtaining the tax credit on used EVs, something 5 dealerships I dealt with were too ignorant to deal with. I hope my vehicle last me a very long time but when it eventually goes out I’m praying those two still work at Five Star Ford so I can buy my next one from them. More
