You tried to intimidate us into buying a vehicle that your dealership clearly knew was in poor condition. That’s not salesmanship—that’s predatory behavior. You are an embarrassment to the profession and a shining example of why used car salesmen have the reputation they do. Your actions have permanently branded Toyota of North Austin as a dishonest operation in my mind—a con job hiding behind a corporate logo. Thankfully, I had the foresight to purchase the extended warranty—something I now fully expect to need. And rest assured, I will never set foot in your dealership again. In fact, I’ll be steering clear of all Group 1 Automotive locations—because if your conduct is any indication of how they operate, then the whole organization is a plague on the industry. I was put in touch with Jose through a mutual friend while I was looking for a new car. I had the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I looked at the dealer website for the exact models I was l while I was looking for a new car. I had the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I liked what I saw , stopped by, text drove the Tacoma TRD sport , had the keys and was home in 1.5 hours. Insane to think about. Everything was exactly as stated. Not a single difference from what he said to what I saw on paper. Even Lorenzo in finance was amazing.
