I requested a quote for a 2017 Tacoma online and he emailed me the next morning with an offer that was $500 less than invoice. I made an appointment to drop by after work and he had the truck pulled up front of the dealership so we could take a look at it while my current car was being appraised. The appraisal came back lower than I expected but I was able to negotiate it $1500 higher without much trouble. Once I was through finance, it was already 2 hours past closing, then I had to clean out my car. They didn't try to rush me by any means. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and the patience of Joe and Brandon for staying so late. More
