Finance department never return my calls after multiple attempts to reach them.Unacceptable customer service for this occur. Even after asking to speak with a manager I kept getting no response. I eventua attempts to reach them.Unacceptable customer service for this occur. Even after asking to speak with a manager I kept getting no response. I eventually talked to someone in finance and he said he would call me later but never did. Something went wrong with my paperwork on the purchase of my leased buyout. Multiple people drop the ball. Thank you ford dealership for your commitment to having worst customer service. More
