We brought our daughter to Greentree two weeks ago after a tornado totaled her car. She immediately fell in love with the 2018 Toyota Corolla LE! We had to go through the process of her previous car being deemed a total loss before she could decide if this was the right move! She considered a certified pre owned as well. Well today our 20 year old daughter purchased her very first new car - a beautiful shiny 2018 Corolla LE ( Galcatic Aqua) with 16 miles! Mike walked her through every step of this purchase and even sat in her new car with her before she left showing her each and every feature and how to use it (well past closing time)!!! Jose in the finance office was thorough and really worked with her budget, he made it work for her! This is the 3rd new Toyota in our household since 2015. The Danbury area has a lot of dealership choices, however, we will continue to purchase our cars from Greentree and Mike. We appreciate the time and care and understanding that went into this deal. Found a car online and got it within 24 hours! Pete was a great help in the entire process. My car was totaled last week and the night before I came down, RIGHT as they were closing i called for mo Pete was a great help in the entire process. My car was totaled last week and the night before I came down, RIGHT as they were closing i called for more information on a car I saw. I went down the next day, I test drove the car with Pete and decided this was it! I was going to make a second trip but decided to do it all in one day. I was only at the dealership for 4 hours in total and was able to be financed, have my insurance updated and drive home in my new car. Pete made the whole process so easy for me which I appreciated more than he could imagine. Thank you guys so much!!! More
