First, they remembered us from before which was three years ago. I know they meet with a lot of people but buying a car is a big deal. I don’t know about the rest of the universe, but I don’t want to be sold to just for the sale at the expense of the person. The team was real hands on in every way to help me get what I wanted. I honestly at the beginning of the weekend thought I was going to get sales pitched out of my league.
