I accompanied my husband to the Greentree Toyota dealership yesterday to pick up his new 4Runner TRD Pro. As we were leaving the dealership he said to me, "This is the way it should be...feeling sa dealership yesterday to pick up his new 4Runner TRD Pro. As we were leaving the dealership he said to me, "This is the way it should be...feeling sad to say goodbye, wanting to stick around a little longer." I knew exactly what he meant. Everyone we came in contact with, from our sales consultant Pete Przyborowski, to Kasey Curran, the business manager, felt like old friends. Each individual displayed a personable demeanor, genuinely joining in our excitement for our new purchase, while also demonstrating knowledge and efficiency in conducting the sales transaction and answering any and all questions that arose during. This was not our first automobile purchase, and I personally have dealt with reputable companies such as BMW and Volvo, and never before did I feel that I could truly trust the individuals in the dealership to guide me in my best interest, until meeting the team at Greentree Toyota. It was so easy to put our trust in this particular team; we felt they were consistently working in our best interests. My husband had also purchased his last automobile in 2012 from this dealership, because of the great experience he had with that purchase, he chose to work with them again. I had met them all for the first time yesterday, and well, to sum up my thoughts…on our drive home I said to my husband, “So, which Toyota do you think I’d be comfortable driving in?” Thank you, Greentree Toyota!
