Fantastic Customer Service I have been coming to Westchester of Acura for almost a year after purchase of my 2006 TSX from untruthful car auction lot. My service representative I have been coming to Westchester of Acura for almost a year after purchase of my 2006 TSX from untruthful car auction lot. My service representative is Alvin De Leon, he has shown and given me a wonderful service experience that is full of genuine care and concern in getting me the appropriate service request and advise. This first experience has developed such a great relationship that I decide to trade in my TSX (almost a year after working with Acura of Westchester) for a 2011 RDX to accommodate the arrival of my third child. This has lead me to meet Matt Belov in sales. With knowing the exact vehicle that I wanted and explanation of why one vehicle would be less accommodating per my needs-Matt reflected patience to assist in accommodating my financial needs. Finance Director Alex Piccirillo was a gem in making the financial accommodations a reality to which I was able to pick up my new RDX about 5 days later. Jose Crespo to whom was the topping as the greatest customer service sales representative was fantastic. He took the time to not only interact with my two kids upon day of pickup but also showed and explained a key features of my new car. Jose also let it be know that if I have any questions or need any explanations of vehicle that I am able to contact him for assistance. Jose has also followed up after the purchase of my vehicle to ensure that all is well. I am very big on customer service since this is an area I have personally worked within for 15 years. The great customer service and care along with the friendly family oriented environment is what keeps me returning to the Acura of Westchester! Great Experience x 2 This is my second purchase of an Acura from this dealership. My first Acura TL, 2010 (which I loved but was totaled in a car accident). My second, 201 This is my second purchase of an Acura from this dealership. My first Acura TL, 2010 (which I loved but was totaled in a car accident). My second, 2015 Acura TLX which so far rides like a dream with features tat are phenominal! Although the body styles are totally different, I still feel GROWN & SEXY in this beauty that I haven't seen noone else with yet! My salesman was Jose Crespo who was a gentleman and a scholar from start to finish! I live in the state of CT.. When I came to pick up my car all I had to do is pick up my keys. Jose even called to make sure all was well after my new car purchase which is rare these days. Great sales and service department I purchased my TL from Matt and loved him instantly! He is so warm, friendly and inviting and made the process painless for me and my husband! He did whatever he could to make the transition from my TSX into the TL easy and painless! My husband was so impressed that he went in 4 days later and brought a MDX as well! Matt did what he could to keep the payments just were we wanted. We had the pleasure of meeting Jose as well who was awesome as he explained all the features on the car to me before we drove off with it. Frank in finance was amazing as well, he did whatever he could to make these cars happen for us! Since having the TL I brought it in for service once, Alvin is great! He so personable, sweet and super easy to get along with. I called him one day while I was driving because I had a problem with the car and he told me to drive right in with it and he would take a look, and while I was there he personally checked my oil! Hes amazing! I have been so happy with the whole team at Acura and cannot see myself going anywhere else! More

If you are a SERIOUS BUYER, this is definitely the place to go and Jose is the man to speak with (many options for different budgets). Felt like we were working towards mutual benefit and not killing each other out in negotiations(sense of partnership). Finance & delivery were not so pleasure experience. Working with Alex in Finance felt like I am working with my Boss (there were a sense of hierarchy in a way he was talking, which I didn't quite enjoy. Specially given how things went with Jose, my expectations were high). For delivery, Again Jose was nice but the lady I worked with seemed bit rude. Didn't even talk to us much beyond sign this and that and here are your keys(Was constantly talking with a colleague next desk while Me and a Friend were sitting in front of her) Overall experience: Jose: 5 on 5 Alex: 3 on 5 lady(I don't know the name): 3 on 5 More
