Better late than Never! If you are looking for friendly and a personable sales person just ask for Jose when you walk into Acura of Westchester. Initially, my experience at AOW was not pleasant as I first encountered another sales person who did not meet on his promises and an unpleasant finance advisor, however Jose was able to clean up their mess leaving me pleased with my purchase of an Acura. He even took me to work 6 o’clock in the morning when my car was not ready, as promised by the other sales person. I was happy with his efforts and the work he did that I referred a family-member, as I was confident that he would take good care of them. Trust me when I say skip all the others in the front and head to the back where Jose sits if you want someone who will be real, not overbearing, courteous, straightforward, approachable, and will be diligent in closing your deal. Keep up the good work!! More

Upgrade without the Headache I went to AofW to explore upgrading my 2009 MDX with a newer model...to see what equity I had in the car, what the newer models looked like, etc. I went to AofW to explore upgrading my 2009 MDX with a newer model...to see what equity I had in the car, what the newer models looked like, etc. I was introduced to Jose Crespo and he was not at all pushy. He was helpful and straightforward in talking about the trade-in value of my car and figuring out the costs/options for a 2011 MDX. I say he wasn't pushy as I left without really committing one way or another to getting a newer car. Since Jose was persistent, he followed up with me and I explained the new parameters for what I was looking for: newer car, lower payments, smaller car. We quickly concluded a deal over the phone to get me into 2015 RDX Lease. Easy and pleasent to deal with. I have to say the best part was coming in with my two kids to sign the deal and pick up the car. We did the business stuff and Jose (and team) took care of it all...insurance, transfer, fees, etc., but even after that, Jose was still attentive and let the kids help switch the plates and showed them the engine and other features. A very personal touch that keeps me coming back to AofW. Justin More
