When I felt that an option was not favorable to me, he told me about several alternatives. Together we were able to come up with a plan that suited my every need. Jose did not try to push me into a vehicle I did not want. I originally went to Paragon Acura to trade in my existing vehicle and had a horrible experience there. I will never return to that dealership again. The sales manager was unprofessional and abrasive. I am so glad that I went to Acura of Westchester. Professional & Welcoming. More

Jose did not exude the typical "salesman" pitch that makes everyone fear of buying/leasing a car. Jose showed interest in my needs in a car and the concerns I had with not going over my budget by gathering information from his active listening skills. He presented as being very pleasant, friendly, has a bit of a sense of humor and demonstrated a lot of patience during the times when I became aggresssive towards the deal that I wanted. He showed understanding towards meeting my demands. Overall the experience was a positive one. I would recommend anyone who wants to purchase a new or used vehicle at Acura of Westchester, they have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and they have salesperson Jose!!!
