Great Customer service experience On Friday, May 29, I took delivery of my new 2015 Acura RDX. My sales person was Jose Crespo. When I walked into the Acura of Westchester showroom. On Friday, May 29, I took delivery of my new 2015 Acura RDX. My sales person was Jose Crespo. When I walked into the Acura of Westchester showroom. Mr. Crespo approached me with a friendly greeting and caring demeanor. I explained that I had been to another Acura dealership and after the sales pitch, I signed the necessary paperwork and gave a deposit. I was then directed to the waiting area so that I could meet with the a business manager and complete the process. They kept me waiting for 45 minutes. I noticed my paperwork still on the receptionist’s desk. It was a though they forgot I was there. My sales person was with another client and needed to be paged at which point I needed to leave. I asked that the business manager call me so that we could set up a mutual time to complete the process. The call never came. A few days later, I called back to try to resume where I left off. The business manager I spoke to asked if he could call me back in 10 minutes. I absolutely agreed. After an hour of no call back, I tried again and spoke to the same manager. He couldn’t remember my name or the conversation even though he repeated my name and number. At that point I decided I was not going to bend over backwards to give them MY money. It should be the other way around. I cancelled my order and demanded a refund to my deposit. As a previous Acura owner/leaser, I was still interested in a new lease but, I was apprehensive about giving Acura my business because of my unpleasant experience at the other Acura dealership. I have to admit, my guards were up and I was ready for another unpleasant event. However, Mr. Crespo went out of his way to calm my concerns with knowledgeable, no nonsense answers to my questions. He completely turned a bad experience into a good one. The signing process was quick and seamless thanks to Jose. I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge Jose Crespo for his professional, personal, knowledgeable and kind disposition. It was a pleasure doing business with him and Acura of Westchester. More

My biggest concern was my budget, but Jose works very well with numbers and was able to give me an accurate estimate of what my monthly payments would be which made me feel confident. Jose is a very respectful and dedicated worker and he strongly believes in what he does. I absolutely love my 2014 white on white Acura ILX. Acura of Westchester has not only surpassed by expectations but impressed me with their warm welcome, straightforwardness, honesty and quick service! I have been a Honda car owner for 15 years and an Acura owner for the past 6 years. The last two leases were through Paragon Acura where from day one I was hoodwinked into leasing a car. Not only are Paragon salesmen sharks, their Finance department are Ponzi-schemers and when it came time for service, not one discount, handshake or acknowledgment of well deserved commitment to Honda or Acura Paragon. I always felt xxxxx and broke leaving that place! So I did my homework and decided to give my hard earned money to a well deserved establishment. We visited Acura of Westchester, without an appointment and from the second we arrived I was amazed. Jose Crespo greeted us in the parking lot with a smile and a handshake. He immediately offered assistance, some water and coffee. He asked what I wanted, I answered and viola! He came through not only giving me an "awesome" deal on a 2015 RDX but he literally took care of us in a matter of minutes. And I picked up my brand new vehicle the very next day as promised, on-time, clean and with a full tank of gas… NOW THAT'S PREMIUM SERVICE! Kudos to Jose and as well as Jose's manager and Diane the Finance Manager! A great team, an honest business establishment. More

Purchase of Used RDX Let's face it -- buying a used car is not an easy experience. We worked with Jose to buy a used RDX for our daughter. My husband did a tremendous amount of research so we knew what the cars should sell for. We did not get a great deal, but we got a fair deal. We were on a tight time frame for the purchase, and drove 1 1/2 hours, so we couldn't afford to wangle too much with the price. I hate the whole negotiation process, but it was not as excruciating as it could have been. The car was in good condition. We did discover after getting it home that the antenna was loose / bent - the whole base was loose and it would have let water in. We just didn't look closely enough when we picked it up --- buyers of used cars beware ... look EVERYWHERE for damage), and really didn't want to drive back down there. However, took it to a local Acura dealer who reattached it free of charge under the certification program. Overall, Jose was great. The dealership does everything they can to make the experience a good one. I would highly recommend him as a salesperson, and the dealership in general. More

THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have bought cars at other dealership but since the moment I came in to Acura of Westchester was the best experience I have encounter. He was wonderful, very straight to the point and no run arounds like I had with other dealership before. I felt like from the beginning the correct payment and that number never changed, I also dealt with Jose Crespo and he was wonderful, he sat down with me and explained everything in the car, he even set up my phone with the bluetooth in the car. I will definitely will be back and would recommend my friends and family to Acura of Westchester. My husband's lease is up next year, so you know where we are coming. instead of 5's, they should get 10's More
