He took the time to clearly explain the recall, what needed to be done, and what I could expect during the process. Jose kept me updated throughout the repair and made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. It’s not always convenient dealing with recall work, but he made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. When I picked up my Taycan, everything was completed perfectly and the car was ready to go. Outstanding customer service like this really makes a difference.
