This is my 2nd time bringing in my GT3 RS for routine maintenance to this dealership. The service drive welcomes you and greeted with smiles from the service advisors. The service advisors are friendly and they review all the items that will be performed on your car in details and timeline of completion. I was also able to get a loaner cayenne while my car was in service and the car was amazing. Inside, you’ll find a wide selection of new 911’s in the showroom and with a welcoming atmosphere. I love the cafe here as they have a nice espresso machine and great tasting pastries. There’s a large window that shows the service area and you can tell how well organized and clean it is. You can watch the tech’s work on your car if you like, 😃 When service was completed, I received a phone call from Jose and we went over the services that were performed, discussed current wear items levels. Also, you receive a video from the technician, in regards to the service perform and tires and brakes update. He showed the underside Of my vehicle and pointed out the tires and the brakes. With the service, you get an included hand wash detail which is very hard to come by. It’s no quick quack machine wash. It was detailed very well, inside and outside. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for all future visits! More
