I called the dealership to have an appointment scheduled. The representative choose a date and time for service. I confirmed 7:45 am was fine and stated I would be waiting for my vehicle, as I had arrangemen The representative choose a date and time for service. I confirmed 7:45 am was fine and stated I would be waiting for my vehicle, as I had arrangements for the evening. Explicitly asked would that be okay and it was confirmed okay, and would not be an issue. The shop had my vehicle from 7:45am to 2:00pm and never even touched the car! After 6 hours of waiting and asking for more assistance to no avail, I decided to leave. They offered zero apology; furthermore, they explained that decided to wait on other people's cars first because they sat inside the showroom and waited. Let's forbid the customer to leave the showroom during their service. The only way they will service your vehicle is if you're sitting in front of them doesn't matter what your appointment time is. Wasted my gas, my money, and most importantly my time. Hopefully this helps another fellow Volvo owner, save the frustration and get serviced elsewhere. Glad my prepaid services can be taken to another dealership. More

Hello, I had an excellent experience with leasing my second Volvo. Ms. Harley was not only enthusiastic, but also efficient and patient with my questions. My service advisor, Jose Espejo. He was the first person I was greeted by at the dealership as I brought in a 2020 Volvo XC40 for service. He invited me to speak with Noah Greaney, General Manager, about trading in my XC40. I was also introduced to Eddie Reyes, Sales Manager, and Wyman Chow, Finance Director. After my test drive with the 2022 XC60 with Iris Harley, Noah Greaney worked out the details of my ;ease exchange. Everything went smoothly. My expectations were exceeded with the new car and lease arrangements. By late afternoon I was driving away with my new car. I was very pleased with the experience of Iris Harley, Wyman Chow, Eddie Reyes, Noah Greaney and Jose Espejo. (This will be my seventh leased vehicle since 2003.) It was a great feeling to be appreciated and so well assisted. I highly recommend this dealership whether you are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Their service department employees go the extra mile as well. More

Bought my XC90 from another dealership. When I needed to schedule my 10k maintenance the selling dealership said they couldn’t work me in for a month. Called the Service Dept. at Silver When I needed to schedule my 10k maintenance the selling dealership said they couldn’t work me in for a month. Called the Service Dept. at Silver Spring and had a pleasant conversation - they said I could come in 3 days later and offered me several different time slots. Jose, the service writer, could not have been more pleasant from the time I arrived right through until completion of the work. This fellow is a treasure. Service Manager came over and introduced himself and we had a very pleasant discussion. I won’t be servicing my Volvo anywhere else and, when it’s time to buy another car this is where I’ll start. I highly recommend them. More
