Excellent service We tried 4 different cars during our test drive. Though the center is closing, the clerks still waited for us with great patience. After the test drive, the sales representative, Jose Garcia, drove us to a nearby restaurant when he knew that we came by Uber. Service is great the speed is fast. After test drive on Saturday, we were able to drive the car home on Monday. More

This is where you want to buy a car!!! I've been looking for a Honda Odyssey for awhile. I've talked to lots of dealerships. Oh the fun of trying to read between the lines. Questionable condition of cars. Etc. Then I found Bourne's. From the very first phone call to Jose at Bourne's to the time my car arrived, I was utterly impressed. Answers were prompt and thorough. Questions and issues were Quickly addressed and resolved while communicating the entire time. Watched out for my interests as I hired a transport company to deliver my car. Did I mention I bought the car site unseen? Yes. Using FaceTime I reviewed the car and bought it site unseen. Partly I could do this as it was a Honda. Partly Bourne's had already done many routine maintenance items on the van so I knew it was ready to go. I knew what I was going to get. Thank you to Jose and Andy at Bourne's for their excellent service. I am loving my 2013 Honda Odyssey!! Ok I gushed forever on the service. Really the best part was the price. Truly the best price on the car I needed. I have honestly searched the nation. Love the no haggle bottom price up front approach. More
