Akristen Brewer made us aware of optional equipment and Ben Garver most politely dealt with all the paperwork involved in the purchase. Finally, Abby DeVries was obviously quite knowledgable as she explained how to use the Bluetooth, sirrus radio, etc. We were happy to be given a great price for our trade-in. All the employees we had the pleasure of interacting with from reception to sales through repair were professional, well motivated and knowledgeable. However, most of all, we appreciated and enjoyed dealing with our salesman, Jose Hernandes. He was friendly, focused on our needs and clearly went above and beyond the call of duty to make this sale work to our advantage. If all our experiences over the years had been as good as this one, I suspect we would have purchased new vehicles more often.
