From the initial visit to driving off the lot in the vehicle I was EXTREMELY happy with the customer care as well as all the figures associated with the sale. I felt that I was given a very fair deal for my trade in as well as a good rate on the vehicle I purchased. All involved with very professional and friendly. I went by unannounced one day when Phillip & Jose were not available, and Justin in internet sales stepped in and was VERY helpful. He went out of his way to show a vehicle for Jose - the salesman I had been working with. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Scott Clark Toyota, and both experiences have been the same - EXCELLENT - the way all car buying should be! More

Great experience from start to finish. Steve was very knowledgeable about the models and selection that Toyota offers. He actually spent 2 hours with my wife and I while we test drove 4 different vehicl knowledgeable about the models and selection that Toyota offers. We decided on the Camery and we are happy with the decision we made. After deciding on the Camery, we went back into the dealership and the purchase experience was also without stress or pressure. Thanks again guys. I have already recommended Scott Clark to serveral friend. I hope they also have the type of experience my wife and I had. More

I FEEL LIKE A KING...I am in sales myself and have responsibility for training salepeople. If I could train these guys in water treatment chemistry, I would take them all. However, I'm not sure that any of them could spell pH. But they sure know the vehicle industry. Most of all, they fully understand customer service. From the moment that you walk in the door of this dealership, the Scott Clark team focusses all of their effort on ME, the customer. AND.....after I leave, I continue to get emails and vmails from Steve Carlton, reminding me that the Scott Clark team is standing vigilent to assist me in any way that they could. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. AND HIS HIGHNESS WILL. Thanks folks More

Our sales consultant, Jose H., is a wonderful representative of this dealership. He created an excellent first impression: he listened to our wants and needs, he new the inventory in detail, and representative of this dealership. He created an excellent first impression: he listened to our wants and needs, he new the inventory in detail, and while he encouraged us to make the purchase from Scott Clark Toyota, he did not apply the high pressure tactics that make people dread purchasing a car. We will highly recommend him to our friends and co-workers. We also dealt with Stephen P., Jeffrey S. and Steven C., all of whom worked hard along with Jose H. to encourage us to make our purchase from Scott Clark Toyota. At the end of the day, they made us a deal we couldn't refuse. Our finance representative was Ray C. He approved our financing in a timely manner and assisted us efficiently through the document execution. Our only negative comment would be the overabundance of pressure we felt to agree to execute a maintenance agreement in addition to everything else. We listened to the initial pitch regarding agreement options, as we appreciate that the fact that it is part of his responsibility to explain in detail why these programs might be beneficial to us. However, even after we stated that we were not interested in any of the options, he continued to pursue it. We would recommend that in the future, the financial representative be better able to access the probability of the client's desire to potentially purchase a maintenance program or not. We believe it should have been obvious after our first refusal that we were not going to be talked into accepting any programs. As a whole our experience at Scott Clark Toyota was excellent and we are delighted with our new Highlander! We will highly recommend this dealership to others. More

At a car dealer I'm used to seeing salesmen ready to pounce on a potential car buyer but in this case I had to ask for help at about 6:30pm on a Friday. Seems the clunker program has had Scott Clark Toy pounce on a potential car buyer but in this case I had to ask for help at about 6:30pm on a Friday. Seems the clunker program has had Scott Clark Toyota pretty busy. Jose Hernandez was asked to help me and he did a fine job from start of me just wanting to look at a Scion xB to finish of me buying one under the clunker program. It was easier for Jose and me since the Scion price is non-negotiable. The ridiculously high documentation fees dealers want to charge these days ($599) was a point of negotiation, however, and that went pretty smoothly with Jeff. There was no high pressure at any time, even when extended warranties were presented to me by Carlos the finance guy. I declined as I've found Toyota makes a quality product. More

We had a great experience with Scott Clark Scion. Jose was a great salesman who spent a lot of time answering our questions and allowing us to test drive several different cars to find just what we wanted was a great salesman who spent a lot of time answering our questions and allowing us to test drive several different cars to find just what we wanted. We was very thorough and very knowledgeable about the whole car buying process. We also appreciated that he was not a high pressure salesman. The eveing after buying our car, we had some questions. We went back to the dealership the next day. Jose was not working that day so we met with Marty and Mike. They answered all of our questions and, in a good way, would not have us leave the dealership until all of our questions were answered and we were 100% happy with our purchase. They appreciated that buying a car these days is a significant financial investment and they wanted to make sure we got the best car and the best deal for our money. Would definitely buy from Scott Clark again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Also, the life time power train warranty is a great no cost extra that this dealer offers. It makes the choice of buying a car easier knowing that there is an extra layer of protection in place! More

We shopped several dealers in the Charlotte area, but mainly wanted to stick with Toyota. Jose Hernandez at the dealership was extremely helpful and answered our questions in regard to the new Highlande mainly wanted to stick with Toyota. Jose Hernandez at the dealership was extremely helpful and answered our questions in regard to the new Highlander we purchased. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and was not at all pushy or overbearing as we have seen at some other dealerships. He explained the warranty information and service department to us,so that I feel that we will receive excellent service from this dealership for the long term. We tend to keep a car a long time, and want to have a relationship with the dealership where we made our purchase. I would gladly recommend Mr. Hernandez to friends and family if they are looking for a vehicle. More
