Brought our old van in because it just stopped and made an awful noise starting again. Thought this might be the end for the old girl (2012), but they managed to fix her and get her going again. I appreciate them keeping in touch and letting us know what’s happening. I was going to another Chrysler dealership, but they’ve tanked since changing hands last year. And so wanted to test out new dealerships. KDCJR has been amazing. I even had a small issue with my Pacifica and they took care of it…first time at this dealership and they fixed it free of charge. We’ll be using this dealership for both Chryslers from now on. More

The service member that helped me was very professional and did not really try to oversell me on services I didn't really need, which I appreciate.
