I don’t understand how the service department works at the dealer, my truck was there for a week to correct a recall about the turn signal, as I was driving home I realized that nothing was fix regarding the dealer, my truck was there for a week to correct a recall about the turn signal, as I was driving home I realized that nothing was fix regarding the turn signal. Now my question is, doesn’t the service manager inspect every vehicle to make sure everything is good before saying the problem was fixed? On top of all this I waited about 1 hour because they couldn’t find my truck keys. Very frustrating and disappointing. More

I have a loan with Doral Lincoln which was dealt with before and Kendall dodge at the moment and the experiences between dealerships and service advisors have been completely different. Jose Lopez knows before and Kendall dodge at the moment and the experiences between dealerships and service advisors have been completely different. Jose Lopez knows exactly how to schedule to accommodate my schedule and for the service to be conducted in a timely manner. Unlike Lincoln they are horrible, the service advisors are not knowledgeable and so hard to get a hold of. Jose Lopez is top notch and super knowledgeable that let’s him excel in his job. If I would’ve known that he would be my advisor I would’ve never bought from Lincoln and would’ve purchased from Kendall Dodge. Things like that is what makes me want to deal with Kendall dodge only, advisors like Jose Lopez is what can change the whole outlook of purchasing a vehicle. Honestly Jose Lopez is the best. Service advisors is what really matters in a dealership because although your sale reps and finance reps matter that’s mostly a 1 time deal. Service advisors are more often seen after purchases and it’s a pleasure dealing with Jose Lopez. Thank you for your services and for having Jose Lopez in your team to make a difference in this industry. More
