I have had always a good experience with Longo and Jose del Solar. It took forever for my new RAV4 to arrive, but that was no fault of either Jose or Longo. Jose was very thorough in showing me how to hook del Solar. It took forever for my new RAV4 to arrive, but that was no fault of either Jose or Longo. Jose was very thorough in showing me how to hook up my phone, use the other things such as air conditioning, audio, etc.etc. Also, the lady who delivered my car was very nice and helpful. I previously had a 2006 Prius, bought from Longo through Jose. I sold it to my son when I could no longer raise up the rear trunk, because of physical limitations. More
