I had seen the car advertised on your website earlier in the week but the ca I and my husband very much appreciated Jose Del Solar's professionalism. I had seen the car advertised on your website earlier in the week but the car was not priced yet. So I called and reached Jose. He called me back after speaking with his sales manager and gave me the price. I told him we wouldn't be able to make it to Longo until the weekend. On Friday, I saw the car advertised on Longo's website but it was for $2,000 more than I was quoted. When we arrived, I asked for Jose. Fortunately, Longo honored the price quote Jose had originally given me. Jose took his time and drove us around to check out other vehicles. But the RAV4 had already won my heart! He demonstrated the workings of the car and adjusted the audio to my liking. He made me feel confident that this was a great purchase. I also bought the extended warranty as extra security. I had purchased a Sienna from Longo 10 years ago. And I came back because of the great service. I have already recommended Longo to some friends. More

Disappointed I bought my 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid on 4/14/18. The check engine light came on, on 4/18/18. I’m here now 4/19 back at Longo Toyota having it checked out. I’ve been here since 7 am prompt. I still have no up date as to what they found and not only did I come along way but I am missing work! I feel totally disappointed. The only complaint I have besides the obvious is that I asked Jose if they would clean my car before I drove off the day I purchased it. He said yes of course! I found the big lock in the back seat and it wasn’t cleaned inside like he said it would be. He was nice and professional but now I’m annoyed and disappointed and still waiting.... More
