Disappointed I bought my 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid on 4/14/18. The check engine light came on, on 4/18/18. I’m here now 4/19 back at Longo Toyota having it checked ou I bought my 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid on 4/14/18. The check engine light came on, on 4/18/18. I’m here now 4/19 back at Longo Toyota having it checked out. I’ve been here since 7 am prompt. I still have no up date as to what they found and not only did I come along way but I am missing work! I feel totally disappointed. The only complaint I have besides the obvious is that I asked Jose if they would clean my car before I drove off the day I purchased it. He said yes of course! I found the big lock in the back seat and it wasn’t cleaned inside like he said it would be. He was nice and professional but now I’m annoyed and disappointed and still waiting.... More
