Courtesies, space, fairness, professionalism Jose was wonderful, very helpful in the process of trading in my Ford Focus. Experience was mostly painless (still not a cheap thing to do) and we got Jose was wonderful, very helpful in the process of trading in my Ford Focus. Experience was mostly painless (still not a cheap thing to do) and we got a good deal on a used 2013 Toyota Corolla.
