Jose was great. The whole experience was great. I was especially impressed that Jose was able to bring up service records on the used car I was interested in, so I could see exactly when the oil changes especially impressed that Jose was able to bring up service records on the used car I was interested in, so I could see exactly when the oil changes were. This information is often missing from carfax, leaving one to wonder. True, it was a Toyota certified used car, but I still wanted to see the service records, and I got my wish. I feel like I got a great car at a great price. I am very happy. They are even delivering it for free to Santa Barbara, 110 miles away. This place was a long way for me to go to buy a car, but it was worth it. More
