Courtesies, space, fairness, professionalism Jose was wonderful, very helpful in the process of trading in my Ford Focus. Experience was mostly painless (still not a cheap thing to do) and we got Jose was wonderful, very helpful in the process of trading in my Ford Focus. Experience was mostly painless (still not a cheap thing to do) and we got a good deal on a used 2013 Toyota Corolla. We were able to complete the selection of a vehicle, the trade-in and all the requisite paperwork by the end of the day and drive off the lot in a new vehicle. Thank you Jose! More
