Wait time The service i received was excellent but only after i talked to the service manger because of the wait time just to get an oil change. I made an appoi The service i received was excellent but only after i talked to the service manger because of the wait time just to get an oil change. I made an appoint three day in advance just to be told I have a two to three hour wait that crazy. I ask to speak to the manager and he did take care of the issue and all was ok. But i do suggest that you tell your customers up front that it gonna take 2 to 3 hr wait regardless if you set an appoint or not just to get an oil change. More

A Very Disappointed Experience I'm so not happy with my recent visit for service to get an oil change. First of all, how do you set an appointment for oil changes when your driving I'm so not happy with my recent visit for service to get an oil change. First of all, how do you set an appointment for oil changes when your driving habits change from month to month? On my last visit the service guy set an oil change appointment for October 27, however when that date arrived, I was no where near an oil change based on the mileage. My recent visit I was turned away for an oil change because I didn't have an appointment. I've been doing business with this service dept for over 10 years through 3 Toyota cars and never experienced service like this before. Needless to say, I went elsewhere for service and mentioned to the service tech I will not be coming back again. So disappointing. Since this survey will not allow me to submit without selecting individuals that worked with me, which were none because I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment, I selected all individuals in the service. More

Attentive I have brought my car to this dealership since I moved into the area in 2005. That in itself should say that I have always had good, reliable service. My service representative, Mr. Battles, has always been attentive and knowledgeable in helping me make the repair decisions. I would give him more stars if they were available. Jose has also helped me in service when Gerald was out. And Frank has informed me on purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you Atkinson Toyota. More
