We had already purchased 3 vehicles from Paramount. The sales agent, Jose listened to our needs and showed us vehicles within our price range and what we were looking for. As soon as he took our application, he had it into his finance department. This gentleman, CJ also listened to our concerns. We explained to CJ (& Jose) how we were upside down in our current vehicle and how we felt we were done wrong by another company and how we desperately wanted to get out of it. These gentleman, along with I believe the manager, Chris, took the time to put together a deal for two vehicles that worked for us financially. They did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. They were honest and explained everything to us. I left Paramount with 2 new vehicles and a deal that worked for us as a family. From here on out, we will not only continue to only shop for vehicles with them, but make sure to send our family and friends to them as well! More

We want to say that this dealership had great customer service. Jose met us as soon as we parked our car and was courteous and personable, asking what he could help us with. We had never driven the Genesi service. Jose met us as soon as we parked our car and was courteous and personable, asking what he could help us with. We had never driven the Genesis Gv80 so he asked if we would like to drive it. My husband and I really liked the way it handled and the extra safety features. This dealership was so nice and clean and had great music playing, which gave us a relaxed feeling. Jose worked with the sales manager to give us a good trade in on our Toyota Rav 4. After an extended discussion we decided to buy the Genesis GV80. Allen Queen was very efficient with all the financial work while Jose went over the entire vehicle with us to explained how everything worked. It was an excellent experience buying this vehicle, which I was not expecting! Thank you also to Delan Burns for taking time to show us how to get on line and hooking us up to the Genesis application. This is truly the best experience we have ever had with buying a vehicle.
