Marvelous! Jose Perez assisted my mother and I a few weeks ago in purchasing a vehicle. Unlike many of the salesman I've encountered, Jose had a strong consulta Jose Perez assisted my mother and I a few weeks ago in purchasing a vehicle. Unlike many of the salesman I've encountered, Jose had a strong consultative approach through the entire process. He was not pushing vehicles in our faces and worried about the sell. Instead he educated us and explained the reasons behind his suggestions. I am at ease with the collective decision we made in choosing our vehicle (2013 Acura TL with only 8K miles). To anyone who is looking to buy at the Woodside location make sure you ask for Jose, you will not regret it! Jose....if you're reading this, THANK YOU! More

Great Car, Even Better Service I came into the dealer with a set number that I was willing to spend...and Jose Perez and Mike Francis made that possible. I went to Paragon knowing which car I wanted, it just depending on how good the deal sounded and the salesman. Service is really important to me and the car could've been $5k cheaper, but with lousy service, I would've walked out. Fortunately, I walked out, but just to get into my 2016 Acura. From start to finish Jose was there to ensure that I left with that care. Undoubtedly that is his "job," but he didnt all at make it feel like it was a sales pitch or like he needed the sale. When it came time to talk $$, Mike Francis explained the details of all the financing options and got me the rate I wanted and it was all history from there. This is a great dealership, with great service, and they come highly recommended by myself and my fiance. She's already talking about what car we should get next... More

Worst experience ever, but still recommending I had a test drive on 7/10, sales man was good initially. I went next day to make a deal with him. Offer was accepted signed for the car 2016 Acura MD I had a test drive on 7/10, sales man was good initially. I went next day to make a deal with him. Offer was accepted signed for the car 2016 Acura MDX white/beige with Tech pkg and acura watch. Signed up some papers and gave him $500 deposit and sales gave me the VIN number for the insurance. Nextday, sales said, the car comes with entertainment package (which I didn't ask), so you have to pay 2K more. I was surprised how come i get this surprise after signing up all the papers and depositing money. So, eventually deal was cancelled on Monday. To All, even if you deposit money, it could or it might happen, that particular rare color car could be sold to somebody else for more profit. I am not saying or acusing that this is what happened to me, but its a possibility. Just be aware. You be the judge. That's all. Rest of the customer services are ok, no demand so no complain, not like BMW or Audi dealers where you will be well respected, probably, one of the reason people still buy BMW, Audi. Update: Changing the rating, just make sure you promise only when you can keep. Buying from others though. Good luck More

However, I must say for me, complete satisfaction was a reality. From start (Jose & Camillo) to finish (Mike Francis), the team at Paragon Acura was professional, efficient, and conducted themselves with integrity and professionalism. Specifically, interacting with Jose Perez and Camillo Barrientos was an experience on its own, as these professionals have the ability to empathize with their clients/ customers and address honest questions and concerns, while suggesting realistic options that fit their clients’/ customers’ needs. This was my experience at Paragon Acura and I will continue to visit Paragon Acura for future needs. - Leslie More

Excellent Went to Paragon Acura in Queens today to purchase a RDX, and I must say that the sales service I received was excellent!! Our sales person was Jose Pe Went to Paragon Acura in Queens today to purchase a RDX, and I must say that the sales service I received was excellent!! Our sales person was Jose Perez. He helped us find the right car, was very transparent, and made the transaction as seamless as possible. He made us feel at home, he spoke our language (Spanish), explained all of the options to us, and since I had to go to work, he got some paperwork together for me to finalize the deal and personally delivered the vehicle to me at work where we finalized the transaction!!. He is simply the best!! His sales manager even helped us get a matching interest rate on our loan (which saved us a trip to the bank), and we thank him for that, and the management team sprung in to action to help correct a Carfax report issue. More

Walking in, we couldn't really decide between an RDX and an MDX but Mr. Jose Perez attentively listened to what we were looking for and helped us narrow down our search to the BEST FIT for OUR BUDGET. He made us feel at ease, comfortable and not rushed while also being respectful of our schedule, concerns and hard earned money. This Man took the time to accommodate our 2 test drives, breaking down the differences, values, and helping us land a decision.
