Nice dealer, just not professional My sales person was very friendly and not pushy at all. Listened to what vehicles I said I was interested in and was pretty knowledgable of those vehi My sales person was very friendly and not pushy at all. Listened to what vehicles I said I was interested in and was pretty knowledgable of those vehicles. Negotiations went ok, they barely adjusted their price and made me feel ridiculous. The finance manager I was assigned to was annoyed that i was not financing with them or bringing in a trade and showed me that he was annoyed. I handed him everything he needed to finalize the transaction and he didn't start it until the next day. I was very annoyed because the process was pretty simple since they just had to do paperwork. When it came time to picking up the vehicle, I was told to come in at a certain time but the sales person and the finance manager were no where to be found. Finally 45 minutes later the sales person shows up and thought I just got there. Then finally the finance manager shows up with the paperwork all folded in weird ways and the folder was completely unorganized. I was not even brought to his office, we stood in the lobby. Who does that?! He just kept throwing papers down to sign barely explaining anything and ignoring the questions i had about them. Finally everything is signed and he scoops up his papers and says bye without even taking my down payment. Again, who does that?! I informed him about my money and he laughed and whoops. Took the check and left. Thank goodness I dont need to go back to the dealership but completely unprofessional. It started out good but definitely confirmed I will not be going back More
