Jose and Aaron were great. The were friendly, knowledgeable, low-pressure and they made the purchase process very streamlined and efficient. I gave 4/5 stars for the dealership because we had asked for our new CPO vehicle to be thoroughly cleaned before we picked it up and that wasn’t done. It was washed, but not detailed so there were some fingerprints left in the interior and some debris on the exterior. I do believe that if I had asked Jose to have it cleaned again he would have made it happen, but we had to leave so we didn’t bring it up. It’s a small point in an otherwise very pleasant experience. It would not stop me from recommending them or buying from them again. More
