I had an appointment with Jose Reveron to test drive a specifi I have rated them 5 stars because Everyone I met was kind, courteous, and professional. I had an appointment with Jose Reveron to test drive a specific vehicle. On the one hour drive to the dealership my mind was going through all the pros and cons - should I keep my current vehicle-(we have had a long, loving relationship. Very hard saying GoodBye)? Should I purchase a used vehicle? a new one? should I lease? Should I say 'hi' and 'bye' and forget the whole thing? Right away Jose made it clear that he understood and began to help me look at the many options in a calm, clear way. Bottom line: I did not test drive the used vehicle I first considered but I drove the one hour home in a gorgeous red, newly leased, 2018 Elantra with all the features that I had hoped for and a price that won't keep me awake at night. Thanks Jose! The trade-in was a good experience as well, as I received much more than KBB estimate. More

He knew everything about the car's working and made sure i was connected to Bluetooth and the Genesis voice lady(forget what that service is called). The owners manual is a joy. It is clear, conscice and the index lets you look up items in more than one term.(example: interior lights can be found under 'lights' or 'interior lights') Whoever wrote this deserves alot of praise. More

Hyundai over Nissan Have bought Nissan since they were called Datsun in High school. I am use to driving over 100 miles a day as a Hospice Triage Nurse. Reliability, SUV Have bought Nissan since they were called Datsun in High school. I am use to driving over 100 miles a day as a Hospice Triage Nurse. Reliability, SUV, AWD, Turbo, sun roof , roof rails and bars, plus a hitch to use for the mountains was on my dream List . A Hyundai for reliability was suggested by my auto shop , I have had for over 20 years. Discussing a SUV for retirement, friends thought Hyundai was a great choice. The 10 year, 100,000 mile coverage got me to consider looking at a Hyundai. Referred to Jose.he asked what was on my dream list for a car. Jose showed me several cars , fell in love with the comfort of the drivers seat and its different positions. The seat , heavy duty material ,USB outlets , blue tooth, interior looked well thought out . Especially the blue lights at night , awesome,looked great and eased finding controls. The Tucson with the AWD, and Turbo 1.6 had the quick response, I was looking for and not felt in 2 other Brands I test drove. Then Jose showed me the Tucson Night. The connection was made, especially when I discovered on Line their was a 0 interest for 60 months. Jose confirmed the 0 interest. He did not pressure me, to make a decision that day. I had already walked out on other High Pressure Dealerships. It was during Hurricane Irma , they found the car , got it the next day ,then had to evacuate. Jose has graciously kept in touch during the hurricane. When I return the hitch will be put on. I definitely appreciate the personal time he spend with me explaining about the car, how it worked . He and his manager went out of their way during Irma to find the right SUV for me.Thank you , it has been a great trip to NC in my new white ( Storm Trooper ) Tucson Night. Looking forward to a new and long relationship with Hyundai. More
