I thought the communication upfront during the buying process was very quick and very responsive. I did find however the communication after the buying process was slow. I might be overreacting but Travis is really amazing. He went above and beyond to help me get a new car. I did not have a good credit when purchasing the car but he worked on it to help me get a BRAND NE He went above and beyond to help me get a new car.
