Hi Frank! Thanks for taking the time to give us your input. First of all I do apologize for the bad experience. We would be more than happy to perform the wash again at your convenience, Feel free to stop by when you are in the area and we will redo that part of the service. I also wanted to mention that we typically do not cross rotate tires. Modern radial tires do not require this type of service. The tires are rotated front to back. This explains why the rims with scratches would stay on the same side of the vehicle. The oil life reminder doesn't monitor the actual oil. It is simply an estimated guess based on the last time the reminder was reset. I am pretty positive my technician failed to rest this reminder. More than likely because it wouldn't have been on with this percentage I would like to verify my assumptions and follow up with you. Is there an invoice number I can reference? Zach, I appreciate your response to my review. Good to know how tires are rotated currently. I based my inference about the tire rotation on the widespread practice of not too long ago of cross-rotating tires. The oil gauge may be based on a time estimate and not the actual oil level as you say, but if the gauge is never reset the warning to change the oil or an estimate of a low percentage of oil remaining will come sooner, of course, than it would have had the gauge been reset. This can make for a needless concern. Not a good thing The thing that was most disturbing was the initial shock of being given back my new car looking much worse than when I left it. The message was clear and loud that no one had cared to look at my car after it was supposedly washed. It is an insult to one’s intelligence to be handed back a dirty car and being told it is clean. This kind of regard is contemptuous. The other points of concern noted just built on my initial response. I do not really care whether the car was washed or not so much as I care about the attitude/regard implicit in the way my car was returned. I need to say here that all other services made to evaluate the concerns that led me to bringing in the car seemed quite thorough and appreciated. Certainly, you agree that it is important for a business to convey to its customers a sense of professionalism and pride in the services it provides – at every step of a business transaction. That is the business that gets my vote. The invoice number requested is 660933.
