I've been buying my cars and having them serviced here for thirty years. Today's experience knocked my hat off. After waiting for close to 3 hrs. for an oil change and tire rotation, I was on my way. I for thirty years. Today's experience knocked my hat off. After waiting for close to 3 hrs. for an oil change and tire rotation, I was on my way. I was told that I needed a set of tires but I would have to come back another day. The car didn't drive right and I had warning lights on the dash on the way home. When I got home I noticed that they had put my spare on the LR wheel and the old tire was in the back and it had a nail sticking out of the sidewall. No one told me that the spare had been put on. I might have been jumping on the freeway for a trip to NY for all they knew. I find this sort of lack of action very irresponsible . I now had to beat the bushes for a new set of tires while driving on the spare. Shame on you Manley Honda. I will think twice before having my car needs taken care there again. More

We love the CRV but it arrived with issues that we were not made aware of at the time of Purchase. They have repaired the car, it appears to be the new car we bought. They had to replace total wiring harne not made aware of at the time of Purchase. They have repaired the car, it appears to be the new car we bought. They had to replace total wiring harness front dash board and rear. They were great in the service department and met their time schedule. And they kept informed and delivered on time. They provided a loaner , great. They have been easy to deal with and very honest, that is why we purchased our car at Manly. JM More

Our car broke down while we were away from home. Jose and team went out of their way near the end of a business day to set us up with a repair schedule and rental car. Jose kept us in the loop as the repair process progressed, and Susan went out of her way to set us up with a car that met our needs (and even made sure we didn't leave our personal items behind as our car was repaired). Brought my car in to have an “emissions” warning sign checked, to have tires rotated, and to have an oil change. Also, I was told that my car be washed, as a bonus no doubt. When I picked up the car, the checked, to have tires rotated, and to have an oil change. Also, I was told that my car be washed, as a bonus no doubt. When I picked up the car, the car looked worst than before as it had water marks and dust all over it which showed the person who had taken my order. Also, my tires had not been rotated. I know this because my two tires on the right side of my car have scratches on the rim and they were still on the right-side when the car was delivered. Lastly, I checked my oil gauge and it showed 60% -- even though the oil had just supposedly been changed. It should have read 100%. This does not engender customer satisfaction, trust, or loyalty. Who sees to it that what was promised was done? The woman who attempted to show me where my car was parked just clicked my key to get the car horn to sound and fix its location. Having done this, she gave me the key and went back to her station. Had anyone bothered to look at the car they would have seen that it was quite dirty. Who has the responsibility of checking the items on the worksheet were completed? Again, the oil gauge on the panel is not hard to find. And if for some reason the pit crew judged that my tires did not need to be rotated that judgment should have been conveyed. You can guess how I rated service received and what my recommendations would be for others. I am not inclined to use these services again. This sentiment does not apply to the sales department where I have gotten good deals over the years. More
