Jose and Carlos are absolute sweethearts. Getting your car fixed is never fun but these two guys seem to feel my pain and displayed enough empathy to make it an enjoyable experience. Thanks for such wonderful treatment. The woman who helped me with my loaner was also very nice, she was pregnant but I do not remember her name,,maybe I was having a sympathy pause..lol..anyway thanks again.. More

From the initial call to book an appointment to driving off the lot, everything was easy and as promised. Jose, who oversaw Spike's service experience, was very personable and fun. Aspects of the completed service were explained clearly. After I asked about how to properly clean interior windows, Jose made sure that Spike's were cleaned beautifully for me. Thanks to Jose, the service crew, and Mike, it's clear sailing from here! More

Great Service It helps that if you need help with your Honda, you go to Honda and if you go to Honda, you need to go to Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. I'm sure there It helps that if you need help with your Honda, you go to Honda and if you go to Honda, you need to go to Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. I'm sure there a lot of good service advisors at Manly but I was paired with Jose Rocha. What a great and personable guy who knew his business of service. I brought the car in, the problem was diagnosed, they ordered the part, I took it in on Wednesday and had it back Thursday morning. VIOLA!!! ALL fixed. More

Oil change Service appointment takes 5 hours. I was having trouble getting the back seats to engage when they were down. The technicians came back with a statement saying that they aren't suppose to engage. I knew that to be wrong since i have engaged them for the last 2 years. Jose believed me and took me to a salesman who agreed with me and then we went to an HRV on the lot and it proved me right. Jose took that information back to the technician and after a long time came back out and said yes they are to engage and I will show you what went wrong. The problem is solved. When the car was less than a year old I had a tire that was going flat and I brought it in to you. The technician said that there was no nail and he put more air in it. The next day it was flat again. I took it to Benedetti Tire company and they found a nail in it and fixed it. I am at a place that I don't trust your technicians anymore and may not come back. The other problem is the time taken. I had an appointment and was there on time. I waited 30 minutes to be served. Three hours later my car was ready but I didn't get out of the service area for one hour and 30 minutes more because of the back seat problem. Jose was not at fault. He was a good problem solver.
