This dealership will screw you any way possible. I was told they couldn’t finance at the 1.9% APR without removing $2,000 of the GM rebates from the final price. After going back and forth the new c I was told they couldn’t finance at the 1.9% APR without removing $2,000 of the GM rebates from the final price. After going back and forth the new car manager only removed $1,000 dollars claiming he’ll “eat the rest of the cost”. After trading in my vehicle, I see it listed the following day for $17,000 more than what I was given for it. Talk about being robbed. I reached out to the general manager Josh Potts via email and gave him feedback on my experience. I have yet to hear back, and probably won’t. I will say that I did have a positive experience with my sales associate. Other than that there is nothing else positive to say. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, take your business elsewhere. More

I had to wait for what I truly wanted and as soon as two options were available he sent me photos and I came in to check them out. I decided upon one of them. Once I got to financing I wasn’t clear on the process for doing my deal with direct financing through my credit union. This was frustrating for me but the General Manager was responsive and professional with helping me. I am happy with my purchase and feel I made a good decision and received a fair and good deal.
