They tell me the guy that installed the lift walked off the job before it was finished. Well thats not good to hear. The next day at 8 am I started calling. I must have left 6 messages no reply. I called front dest who transferred me to sevice. I talked to jose asst 3 times. Said jose would call me. No call! After 10-15 more calls still no one would answer. At 2-3pm somewhere in that time he called said it was fixed. I said what about the the oarts that where loose. He said I didnt know about that. (If he would have called I could have told him) He said I will ask and get back with you. Well no response. Another 20-30 more calls and nothing. I said the xxxx with it. I started the drive from Pecos to the shop. Let me tell you I was pissed. It was rent a car so I could work or get mine back. I got on line looking for help because you see when I said no answer. I mean none. The front desk, Service, Managers no one would answer. I talked to instant chat 3 times. They where like ih yes someone will call you right now. Never happend. The place closes at 7pm. Most of car rentals close at 6pm. At ten min before I was to get there now its 5:30pm jose calls said its fixed. OMG!!! This place (IMO) should be shut down!!!! Unacceptable customer service To whom it may concern, As a resident of Odessa TX for 32 + years I recently just experienced the most unprofessional service while dealing with a c To whom it may concern, As a resident of Odessa TX for 32 + years I recently just experienced the most unprofessional service while dealing with a car dealership. My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee passenger side air-conditioner was not working properly, vehicle was dropped off on June 28th I clearly understood it may take some time for repairs to be made. During the 12 days my vehicle was at All American Dodge my wife would call to check on the status of the vehicle, numerous times she would be transferred to the service department and nobody would answer nor return her phone calls, on one occasion when she was able to speak with a representative she was told " the tech working on your vehicle is not in today and nobody else will know what the status is". This unacceptable service continued for 12 days. I guess this is acceptable to All American Dodge because the service department manager would not return our phone calls either. (I do not know a name because we could never contact him/her). Service techs name was Jose T. he is the most impolite person I have ever worked with next to the dispatcher who answers the phone. On July 9th 2015 I took possession of my vehicle and much to my surprise the air-conditioning is still not working properly. Needless to say I am astonished! Will I go back NO. Is the vehicle under warranty YES. I would rather void the warranty and pay for it myself then step foot in your facility again. However my wife called the Dodge dealer in Andrews TX and explained our situation and they will look at the vehicle on July 29th. She was told this is an everyday event. Odessa residents calling for service because obviously Odessa All American Dodge does not offer a service department. So we will be in a rental for another 20 days and out the expense because Odessa All American Dodge has failed me and has FAILED Dodge. Please see that this complaint is sent to the highest power with your company I would be glad to have a visit with them. More

Made appointment 3 days ahead of time and received an email confirmation of my appointment. Take off work early and arrive at my appointment time. First 30 minutes no one could find me in their system. They stated they didn't know you could make an appointment online. They decided they couldn't help me at this time and I would have to make another apointment, miss work, and come back. During this workers were running around looking for keys to serviced vehicles . I wasn't the only one in there that was not a happy camper More

Very, Very Poor Communication and Service Let me start by saying that I love my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and it has had very little problems. That being said, my ongoing experience w Let me start by saying that I love my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and it has had very little problems. That being said, my ongoing experience with All American's service department has be less than stellar. My ongoing ordeal began back in June when I received a recall notice for the master cylinder. I began calling and leaving messages requesting an appointment to bring in the car for the recall. An appointment would be needed from my only previous experience. Messages were left with the service department at lease twice a week during June with no return call ever made. In fact, since this all started in June I have never received a call from All American. After several attempts in July, I finally gave up and went in to make the appointment. By this time, I had also received a recall notice for the visor. An appointment was made for the middle of October, the soonest they could look at it. While waiting for the October appointment, I started having trouble starting the car. Looking online, I saw there was a new recall coming concerning the engine management module controlling the fuel pump and felt like this was probably the culprit. I went in and told them of the trouble and my suspicion of the source even though I had not yet received the coming recall. There were three other request I had, replace a daytime running light bulb, replace a cover they left off the last visit and install tow hooks only if they were in stock. October finally came and I dropped the car off at the dealer. After a week, I began calling to see the status of the car. Nothing. No return calls. No updates. Nothing. After the second week, I went in and actually was able to speak with someone. From what I was told, they had not even started to work on the vehicle. Waiting another two weeks, I called several times leaving a message but never heard back so I went in to check on the vehicle. This time, I was able to speak to Jose Tejada who is supposedly my service technician. He informed me that they were working on it but also scolded me saying I gave them too many things to do. Last I thought they were a service department. Besides, three recalls, replacing a light bulb and a lost cover and maybe installing tow hooks is not a month and a half with of work. I noticed the Monday before Thanksgiving that the vehicle was parked in a lot behind the dealership and called to see if it was ready. Only able to leave a voice message, to no surprise, and have not received a call back. Ever. Since June. I cannot recommend their service department. I love my Jeep, but my next vehicle may not be a Jeep and certainly not from this dealership. More
