Very Bad Experience. I am not sure if its the dealership or the Dodge product. My daughter purchased a Renegade from this establishment a few months ago and has had proble I am not sure if its the dealership or the Dodge product. My daughter purchased a Renegade from this establishment a few months ago and has had problems with it since. It has been in the shop with them at least 3 times and soon to be the fourth. They report that they are backed up and pretty much you have to make an appointment and you will be seen about a month later. That is ridiculous, how do you run a business this way? She constantly gets the run around, and when asked about speaking to management, she's told that they will be in the next day, when they are not, and sometimes I think they give fake names for management. Their communication and commitment to excellent customer service is lower than a grade F. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing there most of the time. When she leaves messages for someone to call her in the service and/or sales dept, it is never returned. This is the first step, and I hope that someone, a real person in management there, sees this, and starts to fix it. If the dealership does not satisfy this issue, we will take it to the next level, either to corporate or attorney. We are tired of this and will no longer be tolerant with their short comings. More

Awesome! I always take my vehicles in to All American Dodge of Odessa, and Jose Tejada always goes out of his was to help me and answer my questions. Service Sux The service here is the worst I've ever seen. Nothing but a bunch of lying chumps working in this place. Took one of my work trucks in for recalls a The service here is the worst I've ever seen. Nothing but a bunch of lying chumps working in this place. Took one of my work trucks in for recalls and computer upgrades and oil change after two weeks they said they had to order a part it would be in the next day and be ready the following Tuesday. Called left messages never got return call went to dealership to find out what the deal was nothing had been done to the truck the new rep I talked to said no parts had to be ordered for the repairs they were doing and the truck would be ready by the end of the day or next morning he would call when its ready. 2 days later call leave him message to call me never get a call back a week and half later finally go up there again because the sorry excuse of a rep don't believe in returning calls or flat a__ is ignoring me and I'm told the truck is ready, no reason as to why nobody can call and tell me or answer the phone. Get the truck back crawl underneath to see what all they did and see that the old oil filter is still on it so they never changed the oil but made sure to charge for it. Take it back tell them they didn't change the oil and the guy has a crappy attitude with me. Get the truck back go 30 miles and the check engine light is back on. Honestly don't think the truck ever got pulled into their shop and had anything done to it. Will never take another company truck or personal vehicle to this shop again. More

Jose Tejada has always presented himself as a mature/professional individual. I don't have anything good to say about the managers for this department. They need to learn, from these two employees, as to how to treat customers. More

I am in Jeep Service Department H*ll I am being kind giving this dealer one star. The service department sucks. My Jeep has been in their repair shop for warranty transmission service f I am being kind giving this dealer one star. The service department sucks. My Jeep has been in their repair shop for warranty transmission service for over a month. They will NOT return phone calls. I finally complained to Jeep and they assigned a client service representative to help me. Her calls are being ignored or when they do call her, they lie. She was told my Jeep would be ready on Friday then it would be ready on Tuesday. It still is not ready. Her manager is now involved and the dealership will not return her calls. It is March 1 and I have been without my vehicle for 31 days. Bring your car here and it will fall into a black hole. Remember, you have been warned. By the way, my Jeep is 34 months old and has 20,000 miles on it. More
