Outstanding experience I traveled from Vermont for a particular Jeep Gladiator that Fuccillo had on the lot that matched what I wanted; I negotiated and agreed one weekend a I traveled from Vermont for a particular Jeep Gladiator that Fuccillo had on the lot that matched what I wanted; I negotiated and agreed one weekend and came to pick up the following weekend. Mike Smith was responsive, respectful, helpful, and candid about both the new vehicle and my trade. Jose Torres was also a great help also in finalizing the logistics of the purchase. The entire team of sales and service worked with me diligently and seamlessly on some mandated recall & coordination issues with my trade-in 2015 Ram EcoDiesel. I negotiate commercial transactions, constantly, for a living and I've bought about ten new personal vehicles over the years, and this was the lowest-friction, highest-satisfaction personal vehicle purchase experience that I've had. Very satisfied I originally was not going to purchase a car here but when I stopped in to look around Jose found me the car I was looking for.
