Jose n Bill great...HUGE issue with service I unfortunately just leased a jeep n only had it on the road for 1 month and it needed major work.... I was unable to drive my brand new jeep for 3 we I unfortunately just leased a jeep n only had it on the road for 1 month and it needed major work.... Katherine very pleasant in service However.... my understanding for delay was the part needed was back ordered ... then I was told the part was in on 8/29 but could not be fixed because 3 mechanics quit!!!
