Both drop off and pick up took forever. Charged me thru the roof, very oem part we looked up online they charged me twice the amount. $57 shop charge on each and every repair that they did. For what? Clean up and disposal. In 20 years I have never had such a bad experience at a dealership. If I could leave a zero I would. More
