I always see Jose in the service department and he has always been more than fair with me, even when I was in the wrong. I wish they had breakfast snacks in the waiting room but other than that, great pla always been more than fair with me, even when I was in the wrong. A dealership is only as good as it's management team and employees. I have had some bad experiences in the past while having my van serviced. My van was left for service and was there for 4 days. The repair employees. I have had some bad experiences in the past while having my van serviced. My van was left for service and was there for 4 days. The repairs were not properly addressed as I had to return shortly after to address the issue. However, this time Jose Valdes was my service writer. He was excellent to work with as well as the technician 36084. The technicians troubleshooting and repair skills were excellent and my van was returned to me in a timely manner. I will be back! More

My recent experience with CDJR of Leesburg made me realize that I purchased my Jeep Wrangler Ultimate Sahara from the wrong dealership. My experience at CDJR of Leesburg was far and above my experienc realize that I purchased my Jeep Wrangler Ultimate Sahara from the wrong dealership. My experience at CDJR of Leesburg was far and above my experience at a competitors. The dealership where I purchased my Jeep was less efficient in servicing my Jeep. They were less considerate of my time and expenses for both purchase and service. More

My communication from the service writer, Jose Valdes, was utterly and totally lacking. I was initially told, after I called having heard nothing all day, that the mechanic was tied up but would be fixin was utterly and totally lacking. I was initially told, after I called having heard nothing all day, that the mechanic was tied up but would be fixing my car next. After another call I was advised it could not be fixed and that part would have to be ordered. After 2 days and several calls leaving messages but getting no call back, I received a text message that the part was in and would be fixed. Then I received a text message saying the part was not in and then didn't know when the part would be in. Out of frustration and necessity I picked up my car since the problem was such that I could operate the vehicle and would have to just deal with the lights on the dash. Believe it or not the problem eventually remedied itself and the lights on the dash went out. To this date I have received no communication from the service writer about the part, I have, however, purchased a Pacifica from another dealer. YOU LOSE!!!!!! More
