Wasn't thrilled when informed of the 3% additional charge when using the credit card. I was told it would be ready in a few days. After a week I had to call them. They did the simplest fix possible that I know took all of an hour to install, and I highly doubt all components o After a week I had to call them. They did the simplest fix possible that I know took all of an hour to install, and I highly doubt all components of the steering system were checked. Such as: ball joints, bushings, track bar attachments and alignment. From what I’ve read, it’s only a temporary solution to the Jeep Death Wobble. As bad of an experience I had at this dealer, I would have thought they would have kissed my a$$ a little more and at least had the vehicle cleaned before I picked it up. We’ll see how long it lasts.
